About the Set the Stage Online Auction

  • View the Set the Stage items here at our website www.stonehamtheatre.org. Each item has a MINIMUM BID amount and a BUY IT NOW price.
  • The bid increment for all items is $10.
  • At 5:00 pm each day during the Set the Stage period, all bids received will be reviewed for item, time received and bid amount.
  • The first bidder to meet the BUY IT NOW price will be awarded the item and notified the next day by the Auction Committee.
  • The online item information will show the current high bid or the fact that the item has been sold and that bidding is closed on that item.
  • All online bidding for Set the Stage items will close at 5:00 pm, March 12, 2010.
  • All purchases must be paid for and pick-up arrangements made by Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Please email setthestage@stonehamtheatre.org to inquire about shipping costs, if applicable.
  • If the BUY IT NOW price is not met by 5pm on March 12, 2010 when the Set the Stage online auction concludes, the item will be awarded to the highest bidder.
  • Items featured in the online Set the Stage auction will not be available on March 19th, unless the minimum bid is not met.
